A healthcare organization which was completely unfamiliar with e-Health was made capable to develop e-health modules and make these available for patients.

Key tactical aspects:

  • Development of a vision and strategy for online healthcare
  • Choosing suitable modules for online treatment and developing these
  • Close collaboration with experts, management, the client council, the project team and developers
  • Recruitment and training of online administrators/ health care professionals
  • Creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities to bring the (new) services to the attention of both (potential) clients and professionals
